Having a detailed knowledge of the day to day working valuation requirements of UK lenders and many years experience in carrying out property inspections and valuations, we set up a simple yet reliable Panel Management Service in 2004.

The service offers the small-scale lender valuation services throughout the UK by utilising over 150 independent valuers/surveyors who have joined our network. Independently owned, we are able to offer a personal service that can be tailored to the particular requirements of the lending organisation.
