Having been appointed to the major high street bank and building society panels and have a detailed knowledge of the day to day working valuation requirements of lenders. Many years experience in carrying out such inspections and valuations have given us an insight into the common, everyday, difficulties that must be overcome in order for lender and valuer to work together effectively; to the satisfaction of both parties..

As a result of this knowledge and experience we have developed a simple yet reliable Panel Management operation through which we can offer the small-scale lender valuation services across the UK by utilising over 150 independent valuers/surveyors who have joined our network.
