Howard David Associates offers a bespoke sales and lettings service to selected clients.

This is an add-on service that supplements our valuation and planning and development operations, or is utilised by clients with unusual, one off or “difficult” properties. Clients have also found our service of use where a degree of specialist marketing is required, which the mainstream agent is unwilling to provide. Clients looking to market properties on a low key confidential basis, to specialist markets, may also find this service of interest.

We are able to offer a variety of sale methods including Private Treaty, Auction and Tender.

We are also retained to let and manage a block of mixed residential and commercial property in Northampton for a distance-based Freeholder. We work in conjunction with their accountants and lawyers to provide hassle-free  ownership management. We would be pleased to scope your portfolio management requirements, if necessary.
