Howard David Associates, an independently owned and run practice, was established in 2002 by Chartered Surveyors, Howard Payne and David Marriott.

Both partners possess a wealth of property experience and are well known local residential and commercial surveyors. Northamptonshire forms the key area of the practice and is where both partners reside however they regularly conduct surveying assignments throughout the East-Midlands.
Whilst specialising in residential property the partners are also conversant with commercial, industrial, agricultural and licensed premises; indeed all property types found in a mixed urban and rural marketplace.
